1. About these terms
Oakway Graphics operates this website and digital storefront. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase products.
2. Digital products
Products sold by Oakway Graphics are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. The files, formats, compatibility information and contents of each purchase are described on the individual product page.
Product previews are intended to represent the design as accurately as practical, but appearance can vary by screen, software, scaling and other technical settings.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment must be successfully authorized before digital delivery is made available. We may cancel or refuse an order where required for fraud prevention, payment issues, obvious pricing errors, misuse of the store or other legitimate reasons.
4. Delivery and downloads
Download access is normally provided after payment confirmation. You are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and for keeping a backup of downloaded files. Our Digital Delivery page explains the delivery process in more detail.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Oakway products are digital content. Once digital delivery or access has begun, cancellation or refund rights can be limited. Where applicable law requires your express consent or acknowledgement before a statutory withdrawal right can end, those legal requirements still apply.
We do not normally provide refunds solely because a customer changed their mind after accessing or downloading a correctly supplied digital product. However, duplicate purchases, defective or inaccessible files, incorrect delivery and other genuine order problems can be reviewed individually. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Licence and permitted use
Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing an Oakway product grants you a limited licence to use the downloaded assets in your own creator content and channels. The underlying copyright and intellectual property remain with their respective owner.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload as stock or templates, or otherwise make the original downloadable files available to third parties.
7. Compatibility and customer responsibility
Before purchasing, review the listed file formats, software requirements and product contents. We cannot guarantee compatibility with software, devices or workflows that are not stated as supported on the product page.
8. Website and free tools
The website, free generators and other tools may be changed, suspended or discontinued. They are provided on an as-available basis. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape protected content, or use Oakway services for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-party services
Payments, analytics, embedded services and other functionality can involve third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use those services.
10. Personal information
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and cookie information.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website and downloads available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oakway Graphics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the store, products, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
